ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE:
New first time clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. This allows time to fill out the appropriate client forms. Established clients should arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled time. All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. The original treatment time will be charged. With inclement weather, the clinic will open unless it is a Level 2 or 3 Emergency.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please provide at least a 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. Call or text (813) 291-4883. This gives us enough time to fill the slot. We make our reminder calls/email/text a days prior to your scheduled appointment. You are welcome to make changes at that time, so please pay attention to voicemails, emails or texts from us. *$45 FEE
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original fee will be charged. NO SHOW POLICY:
Clients who do not show without cancelling are still responsible for payment. ☆Fee of $45 for No Call No Show is Expected. AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL.
TREATING MINORS:
The therapists at TMC are trained and prepared to work with children. If the child is younger than 18 years old, we will ask a parent or guardian to sit in on the treatment.

By agreeing to these terms I understand that Packages are non-refundable after purchase.
By agreeing to these terms I understand it's my sole responsibility to schedule my appointments and use my prepaid sessions before they expire.
All prepaid appointments expire after 6 months of purchase.
By agreeing, I understand the no show policy: No show appointments will result in losing a session of your prepaid package.
Gift Certificate Policy:
I understand that Gift cards are only applicable towards our " Inspirational Massage & Beauty" services. I understand that once I purchase or receive a gift certificate it's my responsibility to book an appointment to use. I understand that all gift certificate purchases expire after 6 months of purchase. I understand that my gift certificate purchase is virtual and will be sent to my email. SHIPPING POLICY - Online Store
Please allow 2-4 business days processing and 3-14 business days for shipping. All orders can be returned if they are not tampered with within 14 days of delivery of the product. If you have questions about orders please email massagebyaudria@gmail.com and we will contact you in a timely fashion.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Your massage therapy records are kept in the strictest confidence by this clinic. All client records are kept in a secure place and only those who need to see a client’s file for legitimate business or professional purposes have access to them. Your records will not be released to third parties, including health care providers and insurance companies without your written consent. Records may be surrendered if required by law.
CONDUCT:
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, touching of a massage therapist in an inappropriate way, will result in the termination of the massage session and the client will not be allowed to return for further massages. Our full fee will be expected.
